This technology is incorporated into every catback exhaust for the street, providing 7-10% increased horsepower and torque.

Millions of catback exhaust systems are replaced every year due to corrosion and poor performance. Automotive exhaust gases are a mix of carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, unburned hydrocarbons and moisture. These gases condense and attack the system internally. Elements such as corrosive salts, moisture and mud contribute to exterior deterioration. These elements combined with equipment vibration, high temperatures, emission control requirements, uneven road surfaces, and varying traffic patterns make it easy to understand the need and demand for a long-lasting catback exhaust system.

    Inspection

Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from HiWayStarParts.com within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to HiWayStarParts.com no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.

     Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise

Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where HiWayStarParts.com  is providing shipment) may be returned to HiWayStarParts.com for full credit, but only upon verification by HiWayStarParts.com  of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by HiWayStarParts.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.

     Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise

Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by HiWayStarParts.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:

 1. All returns or exchanges must follow the proper steps in order to receive credit for return items. Failure to follow instructions could result in a higher restocking fee as noted below.

2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from  HiWayStarParts.com Accepted returns may be assessed up to a 30% restocking charge.

3. Merchandise classified by HiWayStarParts.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.

 4. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.

 5. Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.

 6. Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by HiWayStarParts.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.

 7. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by HiWayStarParts.com.

 8. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.

 9. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.

 Shortages

* In rare case backorder could occur. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made your payment. You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder.

Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Backorder items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item is missing, please notify the shipper and HiWayStarParts.com immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.

Shipping Damages

Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If damages are found, please notify shipping company and HiWayStarParts.com immediately. We must be notified within 48 hours. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.

All information submitted to us is private. We do not rent, sell, and distribute information to anyone. We respect your privacy.

All Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price variance, we will notify you prior to shipping.

Some items illustrated are illegal on the road, unless specifically stated to be DOT/SAE approved. Those items are only intended for static display vehicles or for off-road racing vehicles. Items are advised to be used only in closed circuit. Public road and Highway uses are strictly prohibited. Please check local laws for applicability.

HiWayStarParts.com  is not responsible for any typographical errors on the description or pricing of products. Due to the large amount of products and frequency of new incoming products, typographical errors can occur. We reserve the right to change price or make corrections without notice.

Returning & Cancellations of Body Kits

 Upon receiving your body kit please follow the following guidelines

 1. Inspect the shipping box and merchandise for any cracks, shortages or damages. The box leaves our facility fully inspected and in perfect condition.

 2. If you notice any damages to the shipping box or shortage of items (refer to invoice) please contact the shipping company immediately.

 Any damages in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. All body kits shipping by HiWayStarParts.com are insured for their full value. HiWayStarParts.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However as a courtesy of a seller, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.

 There are absolutely no refunds or cancellations allowed under any circumstances without the approval of HiWayStarParts.com. You must request a return by calling or emailing HiWayStarParts.com. If a return was approved, returned products may be subject to 20% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all return shipping and handling fees on any and all returns to HiWayStarParts.com. When returning the product you must reference the RMA number. Please verify the return address as not all products will be returned to the original shipping address.  All products returned must be in the original manufacturer's carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by HiWayStarParts.com to the buyer. There is no return, refund or store credit on any parts that have been altered, modified, fabricated, worked on or drilled.

 If you need to cancel your order for any reason, be sure to call HiWayStarParts.com right away. If your item has already been shipped then you must follow the return policy stated above after receiving the product. We will make every effort to correct the situation.
